You Don’t Need Another Quick Fix
If you’ve been running on coffee, crashing at 3pm, and lying awake at night wondering if you’ll ever feel rested, inspired, or aligned with purpose again—I know exactly what you’re going through. Burnout doesn’t just drain your body; it steals your clarity, your joy, and the connection you once had to yourself.
I’ve been there too. Which is why I’ve dedicated my work to helping women restore balance and meaning—not just on the surface, but at the root level.
My Path to Modern Ayurveda
My own path to healing hasn’t been linear. I left college early to pursue alternative health and began my studies in Costa Rica with holistic nutrition and massage therapy. But it was Ayurveda—the world’s oldest system of medicine—that finally gave me a language for what I was experiencing: the way stress, rhythm, and energy affect every part of our health.
I deepened my training in Ayurveda at Maharishi International University and in Northern California and later at the Maharishi International University, pairing it with years of hands-on experience as a wellness coordinator and coach. I also trained as a holistic doula, supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the incredible transformation that comes with motherhood.
Alongside these studies, I became certified in ThetaHealing, a practice that helps uncover and release subconscious blocks and limiting beliefs—because healing isn’t just physical. It’s emotional, mental, and spiritual.
Healing at the Root
Over the years, I’ve woven these tools into a method that works for real women with real demands on their time and energy. My approach blends:
Modern Ayurveda — blending ancient science with modern findings to restore balance through rhythms, hormones, digestion, and energy.
ThetaHealing & Somatic Breathing— shifting the physical and mental stories and subconscious beliefs that keep you stuck in cycles of stress or burnout.
Women’s Health Coaching — evidence-based, practical support for everything from career stress to the transitions of pregnancy and postpartum.
I believe your body isn’t broken—it’s out of rhythm. And when you realign your body, mind, and spirit, you unlock the energy, clarity, and joy that’s already inside you.
From My Heart to Yours
As a mother, wife, and woman who’s walked through burnout myself, I know what it feels like to lose sight of who you are. I also know the freedom that comes from reclaiming your rhythm, trusting your body, and living in alignment with your true purpose.
That’s why I do this work: to help women like you rise out of exhaustion, step into clarity, and create the health and life you deeply desire.

The Heart Behind My Work
Walking in Beauty
“Walking in beauty” is a Navajo phrase that embodies the ideal of living in harmony with oneself, others, and the environment. It signifies balance, peace, and alignment with both nature and one’s true self. My late aunt, an honorary member of the Navajo tribe, introduced this concept to me as a young woman, and it became my mantra—my personal mission. Today, it’s also the foundation of my work: helping women restore their own rhythm, reconnect with what truly matters, and create health and fulfillment that feels deeply aligned.
